1. RPV™ Chain

RPV is high performance inverted tooth chain, specifically designed to meet or exceed the capability of all other high performance chains. Capable of speeds in excess of 7000 fpm and loads exceeding 3000 hp, RPV’s strength and load capacity comes from improved link and sprocket designs. Links are designed to minimize stress concentrations and to increase the amount of steel in the line of chain pull. Innovative stamping methods maximize the amount of load bearing surface in each link and greatly reduce the rate of chain elongation during operation. All links are shot peened to improve fatigue strength and produce a uniform, high quality finish

2. RP – RamPower ™ Silent Chain 

RP or RamPower series silent chain was designed to operate on sprockets manufactured with an ASME Standard tooth profile. Available exclusively through Ramsey, RamPower offers twice the power capacity of SC series chains and speeds up to 7,000 fpm. RamPower has been successfully employed in applications transmitting up to 2,500 hp and is often preferred where high loads and speeds must be accommodated in a small amount of space

3. SC – Industry Standard Silent Chain

SC chain can accommodate speeds approaching 6500 fpm and loads in excess of 1000 hp. Utilizing the patented Ramsey roller bearing joint, SC chain is one of Ramsey’s most popular industrial chains

3. Duplex Silent Chain

Rampower Duplex

Rampower duplex, also known as RP duplex, provides approximately two times the power capacity of standard SC duplex chain. RP duplex is often well suited for new or replacement applications where power or speed requirements exceed the capability of SC duplex chain

SC Duplex

SC duplex chains have been around the longest, are used primarily in replacement applications, and are often the most economical. SC duplex offers the advantage of reduced weight, but with a lower power capacity

Ramflex

Ramflex is Ramsey’s most robust duplex chain design; it is particularly well suited to applications where shock or very high loads are encountered, or where space is limited. Ramflex directly interchanges with chain produced by some European manufacturers

4. 3/16”pitch SC silent chain

Constructed from hardened carbon steel or corrosion resistant, 304 stainless steel, Ramsey 3/16″ pitch chain and sprockets are designed to bring smooth, quiet operation to fractional horsepower applications. Chains are available in 10 standard widths, with special widths and attachment chains available upon request. All Ramsey 3/16″ pitch chains feature a round pin joint, which allows the chain to backbend, and are manufactured to be fully compatible with sprockets made to ASME standard B29.2M-2007. Ramsey 3/16″ pitch chains and sprockets are well-suited for original or replacement applications
